Robert R. Starkey
Vice President of Fuels for Jim Jordan & Associates, LLPRobert R. Starkey holds the position of Vice President of Fuels for Jim Jordan & Associates, LLP, which is a consulting company reporting on current developments in specialized international markets through weekly market reports on methanol and transportation fuels. These reports include accurate accounts of prices in various parts of the world, commentary and discussion of significant developments affecting those markets, presented in a clear and concise manner. In his position, Bob is responsible for the management and direction of the Fuels consulting business for JJ&A. This includes responsibility for direction of the Fuels team, the weekly fuels publication, client interface on Fuels related topics and managing Fuels single and multi-client projects.
Bob has 25 years of extensive experience in sales and trading of petrochemicals and biofuels. His most recent position was President of BPI, an international consulting and trading firm which included development of ethanol production projects. He has a B. A. in Chemistry from the University of San Diego, completed studies for a Masters Degree in Agricultural Biochemistry from the University of Arizona at Tucson and holds a Masters Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona.
